What is Enamel Pure?

Research has shown for over 25 years that a combination of laser purification and fluoride treatment can render enamel more resistant to acid, preventing cavities and erosion. Using new CO2 laser technology, Enamel Pure will be able to perform this treatment safely and effectively in any dentist’s office.

How is Enamel Pure applied?

Research has shown for over 25 years that a combination of laser irradiation and fluoride treatment can render enamel more resistant  to acid, preventing cavities and erosion as a result. Using new CO2 laser technology it will be possible to perform this treatment safely and effectively in any dentist’s office

Step 1

A laser beam is
directed over exposed
surfaces of teeth. The laser has been carefully designed, such that heating occurs within an outer surface of the tooth, within an instant, so no enamel cracking or melting occurs. Through momentary and microscopic heating, plaque and bacteria are removed from the enamel and impurities from within the enamel are released.

Step 2

These impurities are part of the enamel that is most susceptible to acid dissolution, and just as a chain breaks at its weakest link, the impurities are where cavities first form.

Step 3

Without these impurities, acid is ten times less likely to erode the dental enamel, preventing thinning and cavities.

Step 4

The laser treatment also prepares the enamel for fluoride which is applied after the treatment and ensures a second layer of protection.
